Hi Nature Pet | Our Origin Story — From Two Fur Friends’ Recovery to a Fresh Food Mission

Hi Nature Pet began with two pet moms on a mission - to give their pets the quality of life they truly deserved, starting with what’s in their bowls.

Money, the Border Collie, was the picture of energy - always ready for a run, always eager for an adventure. But behind those bright blue eyes, there was a problem. Her coat had lost its shine, her digestion was unpredictable, and bloodwork results were raising red flags. No matter how balanced the kibble claimed to be, it just wasn’t enough.

And Pipi, a full-black Norwegian Forest cat. He had a soft, gentle nature but was deeply sensitive and anxious. After losing his first owner at just two years old, he moved into a new home, but the transition wasn’ t easy. New people, new routines, new food-it was all overwhelming. Pipi spent months struggling to feel safe enough to eat properly, often leaving his meals unfinished or experiencing digestive issues when he did.

Where Every Pet’s Journey Shapes What We Make

Determined to help them thrive, we started by creating fresh, balanced meals just for our own pets. We researched, tested, and adjusted until Money’s coat grew shinier and Pipi finally ate without stress. Those small wins opened our eyes - other pet parents were facing the same struggles.

That’s when we decided to go further. We reached out to veterinary professionals, refining our recipes to make sure every meal wasn’t just fresh, but nutritionally complete. From our kitchen to theirs, it became more than just feeding -it became a mission to help more pets thrive.
