Our Story: A Dog’s Dream and a Human Promise
When Money bounded into our lives, she was a blur of fur and energy. A Border Collie with champion bloodlines and the heart of a puppy, she lived for the chase—whether sprinting through agility courses or racing across forest trails. Watching her run was like watching joy itself. We promised her two things: the freedom to follow her instincts and the love to keep her healthy.
We thought premium kibble would do the job. But as her training intensified, her coat lost its shine, she shed more than before, and routine checkups raised a new concern: our vet warned that her knees would need extra support if she was going to keep leaping and weaving. The “joint support” claims on her kibble weren’t cutting it. Even though Money still wagged her tail and begged to play, there was a question in her eyes: “Isn’t there something better?”

We decided to find out. We began cooking simple meals—lean beef with sweet potatoes, turkey with pumpkin and greens. Money loved them, and her energy bounced back, but we soon realized that feeding a canine athlete properly required more than good intentions. We consulted our vet, studied canine nutrition, and learned how to balance proteins, fats and carbohydrates; how to preserve nutrients through gentle cooking; and how to support overall mobility and digestion with natural ingredients. The results were striking: Money’s coat regained its gloss, her skin stayed clear and allergy‑free, her digestion settled, and her joints remained supple. She looked and felt like the dog she was meant to be.
Friends and fellow dog parents noticed her transformation. It wasn’t just her leaps—it was her silky coat catching the light, her bright eyes, her boundless energy and steady digestion. They’d stop us at the agility course or in the park and ask, “What are you feeding her?” As we shared our meals and saw other dogs thrive, the seed of a bigger idea took root. We weren’t chefs or marketers; we were pet parents who had learned something valuable. We realized we could help more dogs than just our own.

When we decided to build a brand, we partnered with leading veterinary nutritionists to develop and refine our formulas and assembled a dedicated nutrition team. With their expertise and our experience, we created meals around high‑quality proteins, balanced nutrients and no unnecessary fillers—food designed to support dogs’ natural vitality. We called our effort Hi Nature! Pet not to sound like a brand but to remind ourselves why we started: a love for the natural joy in our dogs and a commitment to nourish it.

Today, we make our meals with the same care we put into Money’s bowl. Every recipe is vet‑developed and refined, and every batch must meet our own dog’s standards before it goes out the door. We freeze each portion to lock in freshness and deliver it straight to your door, so you can spend more time chasing adventures with your pup and less time worrying about what’s in their bowl. Money still waits by the kitchen whenever a fresh batch is being made, her tail thumping, her eyes bright. She can’t explain the science behind fresh food—but she shows it every day in her glossy coat, calm skin, happy tummy and effortless leaps.
We’re just here to keep that spark alive. We hope our story resonates with you and your dog’s own journey. You bring the love and adventure; we’ll take care of the bowl.
